I love teaching! I began my teaching career in 1992 after earning my degree at Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa, North Carolina. At the time I lived in Andrews, North Carolina where I grew up. I am certified to teach children Birth-Kindergarten and Kindergarten-Sixth Grade. In 1998, my husband and I moved to Lexington, North Carolina because he had a new job opportunity with the local telephone company. I started teaching at Thomasville Primary School in 2002. I have enjoyed teaching at TPS for 15 years. I hope to continue teaching here until I retire in about 10 years.
